This skill automates Outlook Desktop (COM) and optionally Microsoft Teams to surface items, draft replies, and prepare reminders. It reads references/config.json, stores state under state/, obtains tokens via https://login.microsoftonline.com/{tenantId}, calls https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/..., and runs local scripts with python.
