GutCheck is a digestive health tracking skill with installation and ClawHub publishing instructions. It instructs creating a `.env` containing `JWT_SECRET` and running `npx clawhub publish` / `node gutcheck-skill/publish_gutcheck.js`, which perform shell execution and network publishing.
