Starting a Campaign

Campaign Persistence
Campaigns save to ${XDG_DATA_HOME:-$HOME/.local/share}/ttrpg-campaigns/[campaign-name].md with:

- World state and faction standings
- Companion status and relationships
- NPC-NPC relationship matrix
- Locations discovered (with secrets and NPC presence)
- Active objectives and progress
