This skill generates ~600-character novel chapters and saves them into an Obsidian vault. It reads `~/.openclaw/novel_config.yaml`, writes chapter files into the configured `obsidian_vault` (`03_剧情草稿`/`第{ch_num}章_{safe_title}.md`), and executes `ollama` and `git` via subprocess.
