This skill renames Telegram forum topics and can change their icons using a bundled shell script. It requires the `TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN`, instructs running `scripts/rename-topic.sh`/`./rename-topic.sh`, and calls `https://api.telegram.org/bot${BOT_TOKEN}/editForumTopic`.
